It was our neighborhood cleanup this weekend, when everyone puts out what they don’t want and the city comes to pick it up. I plucked up a few things from my neighbor’s piles {thank you, nice neighbors who throw great things away!}
an upholstered chair I thought would be perfect to make over for my daughter’s room (free!)
A screen door. I’m thinking this may be a headboard in hiding?? or a message board? what do you see? (free!)
I also found this outdoor light on major clearance at HDepot~ ($18, regular price was $74.97)
I thought it would be lovely in the front entryway to replace this:
